2.Cooling System Failure: The cooling system is used to cool the compressor and the lubricant. If the cooling system fails or is insufficient, the compressor may overheat, leading to the emulsification of the lubricant.

3.Oil Recovery System Failure: Some air compressors use an oil recovery system to collect gas and oil from the compressor and lubricant. If this system fails, the gas and oil may return to the compressor and mix with the lubricant, leading to emulsification.

4.Improper Maintenance: Infrequent oil changes and filter replacements, or infrequent draining, can lead to an increase in contaminants and water content in the oil, causing the oil to emulsify.

5.The load rate is not high: the on-site air consumption of the air compressor is too low, which leads to long-term unloading operation, and the operating temperature of the unit is too low, which will also lead to the emulsification of lubricating oil.

6.Lubricating oil quality problems: The use of inferior lubricating oil, or the use of lubricating oil for too long, and the change of oil performance indicators may also lead to emulsification.

7.Equipment reasons: The piston ring gap of the air compressor piston is too large, the cooler collects too much water, or the air filter is blocked, which may lead to the emulsification of lubricating oil.

8.Too much moisture in the medium gas: If the moisture content in the medium gas is too high, it will also cause the lubricating oil to emulsify.
