Air compressors are widely used in the glass industry, mainly including the following aspects:

1.Combustion: The compressed air provided by the air compressor is used to support combustion when the molten glass of the production line is burned, so that the medium atomization can achieve full combustion, and at the same time, it is used for the purging of the remaining materials in the idle oil (powder, natural gas) cavity and the cooling and cooling protection of the cavity during the fire exchange process.

2.Media transportation: compressed air is used for coke powder pipeline transportation and injection, for example, the ultra-fine powder in the grinding workshop is transported by compressed air to each use workshop through the pipeline, reducing the cost of production and transportation, and reducing the impact of dust diffusion on the environment.

3.Equipment and instrument execution gas: The air compressor provides a running air source for the pneumatic equipment such as cylinders and pneumatic ball valves in each workshop, and is also used for cooling and cleaning of instruments and equipment such as cameras and lenses.

4.Blowback of environmental protection dust removal system: In the environmental protection dust removal system, compressed air is used for the bag or filter cartridge backflush of dust collector equipment such as dust collectors and self-cleaning air filters, as well as the purging of the denitrification tower catalyst module in the environmental denitrification system.

5.Blowing technology: Molten glass is made into narrow-necked bottles and jars using compressed air, usually by pressure blow molding, which requires compressed air that has been filtered and dried.
