To protect the motor and electrical components of the permanent magnet inverter air compressor in a high-temperature environment, the following measures can be taken:

1.Improve the ventilation system of the air compressor room, and add an exhaust fan in the air compressor room to blow hot air out, thereby reducing the temperature.

2.Check the cooling water temperature and water pressure to ensure that the cooling system works normally, the inlet water temperature is generally not more than 35°C, and the water pressure is between 0.4~0.6Mpa.

3.Regularly inspect and replace the filter element of the air compressor to maintain the cleanliness and effectiveness of the filter element to ensure that the air quality entering the compressor is good.

4.Use the right lubricant and change it regularly to ensure that the oil retains its proper viscosity and lubricity at high temperatures.

5.Regularly inspect the wiring, switches and other components of the electrical system to ensure their normal operation and avoid equipment shutdown caused by electrical failures.

6.Avoid long-term continuous operation, reasonably arrange the working time and load of the air compressor, and avoid overheating the equipment.

7.Install a temperature alarm system to monitor the operating temperature of the air compressor in real time, and once the temperature exceeds the set value, the system will automatically send out an alarm.

8.Regular maintenance, especially for old equipment, needs to be carefully inspected, problems are found in advance, and solved in time.

9.High-temperature resistant materials are used, and specially designed high-temperature resistant motors and electrical components are used for air compressors that are expected to operate in high-temperature environments.

10.Pay attention to the placement of the air compressor, avoid heat sources, and ensure that there is enough space around the air compressor for heat diffusion.
