4.Minimum pressure valve failure: Minimum pressure valve failure may cause the system pressure to be too low, affecting the normal operation of the return oil pipeline. If the minimum pressure valve is found to be failed, it should be replaced in time.

5.Too much cooling oil is added to the compressor: Too much cooling oil may be discharged with the gas during the gas discharge, resulting in oil in the exhaust gas. The amount of cooling oil added should be controlled below the middle of the sight glass, and a dedicated person should be responsible for this.

6.Cooling oil quality problem: Using unqualified cooling oil or oil that has exceeded its applicable period may cause exhaust to contain oil. Cooling oil should be added strictly according to equipment requirements, and the addition time should be recorded and replaced regularly.

When solving the problem of oil in the exhaust of the air compressor, the causes of the failure should be checked one by one and corresponding solutions should be taken.
