2.Replace the oil filter on time: The oil filter element should be replaced after the first 500 hours of operation of the new machine, and then replaced every 1500-2000 hours. If the working environment is harsh, the replacement cycle should be shortened, and it is strictly forbidden to use the oil filter element beyond the expiration date.

3.Replace the oil-gas separator on time: Under normal working conditions, the service life of the oil-gas separator is about 3000 hours. When the oil-gas separator expires or the pressure difference between the front and rear exceeds 0.12Mpa, it must be replaced to avoid motor overload and oil-gas separator damage and oil leakage.

4.Coolant replacement: The first coolant replacement is after 500 hours of running-in period for a new machine, and then every 3,000 hours of operation. When used in harsh environments, the replacement cycle should be shortened, and it is best to replace the oil filter at the same time.

5.Daily maintenance: Clean the dust on the cooler at least once a week, remove the air filter for dust removal after shutdown every day, drain the remaining water in the air compressor, refrigerated dryer, precision filter, and air storage tank every day, check for abnormal bubbling, dripping, and oil leakage, and check whether all operating parameters are within the working range.
