3.Oil filter: The new machine must be replaced after 300-500 hours of first start-on operation, replaced after 2000 hours of second use, and then replaced every 2000 hours.

4.Compressed air filter: The primary filter is usually inspected every 3 months to half a year, the intermediate filter is recommended to be inspected every six months to a year, and the high-efficiency filter is checked once a year and replaced according to the actual situation.

5.Differential Pressure Indication: Many filters are equipped with differential pressure indicators, which increase when the filter is clogged. Once the differential pressure reaches the manufacturer's recommended replacement threshold, the filter should be replaced promptly.

6.Time of use: Even if the filter does not show a significant increase in differential pressure, it should be replaced according to the maximum time of use recommended by the manufacturer.
7.Visual inspection: Regularly check the appearance of the filter, if it is found to be deformed, broken or leaking, it should be replaced immediately.
8.Air quality requirements: For applications with higher requirements for compressed air quality, filters may need to be replaced more frequently to ensure the purity of compressed air.
