1.Low speed and high torque：The output torque of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is linear with the input current, which is most suitable for applications in rotating equipment with constant torque load requirements (screw air compressors are typical constant torque load equipment). It has large torque at startup and is easier to overcome static friction. It has the advantages of frequent start and stop, rapid acceleration and deceleration, fast starting, and low current overload.

2.Frequency conversion control range:Permanent magnet synchronous motors maintain high efficiency and high torque at low speeds, so their variable frequency control modes have a wider range, more stable operation, and faster response.

3.higher efficiency:The difference between permanent magnet synchronous motors and ordinary asynchronous motors is the rotor structure. Permanent magnet poles are installed on the rotor to replace the excitation winding for excitation. No reactive excitation current is required, which can significantly improve the power factor and reduce rotor losses. There is no rotor copper loss during stable operation, and the efficiency can reach over 96%.
