The two-stage compression energy-saving oil-injected screw compressor has a unique host design. It not only has all the advantages of a single-stage oil-injected screw air compressor, but also has a more reliable and energy-saving operation due to the low compression ratio of each stage, small force on the rotor and bearings, large rotor diameter and low speed.

New generation of two-stage compression main engine rotor：

1.The first-stage compression rotor and the second-stage compression rotor are located in the same main engine and are directly driven by high-precision gears, so that each stage of the rotor can obtain a better matching speed and higher compression transmission efficiency.

2.The rotor adopts a newly designed rotor UV patented profile, imported processing equipment from KAPPNILES Germany, and more than 20 processes of fine processing to ensure the accuracy of the rotor profile. The rotor matching accuracy is as high as 0.04 mm, with higher reliability and efficiency 5%~15% higher than other profiles.

3.Under the same power, the gas output of the second-stage compression is higher than that of the first-stage compression, which saves 10% energy than the ordinary second-stage compression, 35% energy than the ordinary first-stage compression, and 50% energy than the industrial frequency transmission.
